Simon

General Manager Meet Simon, who loves nothing more than seeing his guests happy and satisfied. Building a rapport with everyone who walks through the door, Simon knows just how to make you feel right at home. When he’s not busy making magic happen at work, Simon enjoys spending quality time with his daughter and hitting the gym.  Come on in, say hi, and let Simon show you what true hospitality is all about!

Head Chef Meet Dan, the culinary mastermind who leads our chefs to new heights in the kitchen. As the Head Chef, Dan’s passion for cooking is contagious, and he loves nothing more than inspiring his team to create unforgettable dishes that leave our guests raving. When he’s not busy whipping up culinary creations, Dan enjoys spending quality time with his children With his creativity and enthusiasm, Dan knows how to infuse every dish with flavor and every moment with joy. He is always cooking up something special, come on in and let Dan take your taste buds on a journey you won’t forget!
